By appointment Tuesday - Friday, from 9:30a.m. til 6:30p.m.
Clothing must be clean, on hangers & current seasons and styles.
You will receive 50% of the selling price.
Your items will USUALLY be sold at full price, BUT can, and will, be reduced depending on sales, promotions, time of year, overstock, etc.
We keep clothes for 90 days.
All expired merchandise becomes property of The Toggery and is donated to local charities.
If you wish to reclaim any unsold items, give us 2 - 3 days advanced notice and we will have them ready for you to pick up after their expiration.
Checks are available On Demand!
Beginning January 2011, consignors may pick up their check whenever it is convenient for them.
Cash amounts are issued for anything $10.00 or less.
The money accrued in your account can be used at any time towards a purchase in the store.
Checks are VALID FOR 90 DAYS. There will be a fee for reissuing expired or lost checks.

Fees will be charged as follows:
$1 - Cutting more than 1 check per month.
$2 - 3 months (1 contract) supply of envelopes to mail checks.
$5 - Consigning less than 11 items
$5 - Early pick of items (Per item)
$10 - Storing out-of-season merchandise
$20 - At home pick ups
